Combined Services

The Clerk of Court, Commonwealth's Attorney, and Sheriff's Office are shared between both the City of Franklin and Southampton County.  All three of these offices are currently held by Democrats.

City of Franklin

The office of Mayor is currently held by a Democrat.  City Council is technically independent however at least 3/6 seats are held by Democrats, including one by the local Democrat Committee Chairman.

Southampton County

4/7 seats of the Southampton County Board of Supervisors are held by Republicans.

Each Town within Southampton County elects its own Mayors and Town Councils.
